1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and psl88 ("psl88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the psl88 online gaming and entertainment platform available at psl88.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces or services.

4. Account Registration

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on psl88. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, voiding of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4.2 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. psl88 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication (2FA) options available. You must not share your account access with any third party. psl88 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

4.4 Verification at Registration

psl88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's Cashier section and may vary over time. Payment brands familiar to Pakistani users — including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — are referenced as local payment context only. 5.2 Deposit Currency

6.2 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be agreed upon subject to additional verification. The name on the withdrawal destination account must match the verified name on the psl88 account exactly.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on psl88 are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 1,50,000 before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering

While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet, spin or round is limited to the amount specified in the promotion terms — commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per round as an illustration. Placing bets that exceed the maximum stake during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

7.4 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. 7.5 Bonus Expiry

7.6 Abuse of Promotions

psl88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend accounts where it reasonably believes that a User or group of Users has engaged in abusive or exploitative behaviour with respect to any promotional offer, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-accounting, use of third-party bonus abuse software, or placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus outcome with minimal risk.

8. Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games, betting markets (including PSL cricket, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, football, UFC and esports) and casino content may vary based on jurisdiction, time of day, operator-side maintenance and third-party supplier availability. psl88 does not guarantee that any specific game or market will be available at all times.

8.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet or wager is accepted and binding only upon confirmation by the Platform's system. Receipt of a bet slip or transaction reference constitutes confirmation. In the event of a system error or technical fault during bet placement, psl88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest pricing error, odds error or game malfunction, psl88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the relevant stake to the User's account. Winnings arising from manifest errors are not payable.

8.4 RNG and RTP

Casino games on psl88 that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) operate on certified RNG technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform are approximate figures provided by game suppliers and represent theoretical long-run return rates — they do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on psl88. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and permanent exclusion:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using funds deposited via a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from psl88.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to the Platform without psl88's prior agreement.

10. KYC & Identity Verification

10.1 Verification Obligation

psl88 is required to verify the identity of its Users as part of responsible operation and anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and may be triggered at any point during account operation at the Platform's discretion.

10.2 Required Documents

Users may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months.
• Proof of payment method — such as a bank statement, screenshot of a JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet (payment brand references are context only), or front of a debit card with sensitive digits obscured.

10.3 Failure to Verify

Where a User fails to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, psl88 reserves the right to restrict or close the account and return verified deposit amounts to the original depositing payment method, less any applicable processing costs.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by psl88

psl88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; or at the Platform's operational discretion.

11.2 Account Closure by User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of active bonuses that are not yet cleared) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Users may request self-exclusion — a voluntary account block — ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by the support team. 13. Limitation of Liability

The psl88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. psl88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of any content displayed (including odds, RTP figures or promotional descriptions where marked as illustrative).

13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, psl88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill.

13.3 Technical Faults

psl88 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical faults, network failures, third-party system outages or events outside the Platform's reasonable control. In the event of a platform-side error that results in an incorrect payment to a User, psl88 reserves the right to reclaim overpaid amounts from the User's account balance.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the psl88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, design elements and software — is the intellectual property of psl88 or its licensed third-party suppliers. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, scraping or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from psl88.

Game content, including visual assets and audio, may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights held by game studios and is licensed to psl88 for display on the Platform. No rights in such content are transferred to Users.

15. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by psl88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: account registration data, KYC documentation, transaction records, gameplay logs and communication records. Data is processed for the purposes of platform operation, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention and customer support. 16. Amendments to These Terms

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
